There are seasons in life when grief, loneliness, pain, or confusion bring us to the edge of what we can hold alone. Whether by accident or intention, you’ve landed here.
I am a relational psychodynamic psychotherapist specializing in depth psychology and somatic processes. Many people find their way to me during moments when life feels heavy or painfully lonely. They’re carrying losses that don’t always have names, feeling disconnected from others or from themselves, or repeating patterns they can’t seem to shift. Beneath it all is a longing to feel whole and integrated. My clients want clarity and a steadier sense of who they are. They believe life is meant to be lived fully, not merely endured, with their own knowing and strength guiding the way.
